We inform you that in the "The Official Journal of Montenegro" no. 029/22 from 18th March, 2022 is announced the Regulation about closing validity of Regulation of deferred payment of profit tax of legal entities, with whom was arranged payment in installments of tax due which was generated on the base of profit tax of legal entities.
Considering all above mentioned, settlement obligation on the base of profit tax of legal entities for 2021, is to be done in the way and on deadline determined by the Law of tax profit of legal entities.
